It is an incredible opportunity to follow your French course with a week or two of your favourite sport while making new French friends!
In the first few weeks of this course (choose between 2 to 6 weeks), students join the school’s TY Intensive Course which offers 25 classes a week (60mins per class), of French lessons entirely in French. 3 of those classes will focus on French Exam preparation. Classes are small and focused – up to 10 people.

Run in partnership with the Tennis Club of Aytré, Inlingua organises a regional youth tennis tournament with local French players from the local region. The players take part in 2 or 3 tournaments per week depending on their results. The coach, Christophe, practices with the group, organising training sessions between the official matches and participating in meetings to give advice on mental and physical techniques and tactics.
An evaluation will be organized the week before the tournament allowing players to be entered at later stages in tournaments according to their level. Participants should have already played in tennis tournaments in their home country.

The first few days were a bit nerve wracking for me but the school were good at helping me settle in. I had such a good time and I really don’t want to go home. The activities were really super.
I'm delighted to give a review of Anne-Marie’s 6 week stay in Cádiz. She would tell you that it was the highlight of her TY year and a tremendous opportunity for her to mature and experience increased levels of independence. She learnt a considerable amount in Clic for the three weeks she was there and enjoyed the cultural experience of the three weeks she had in college. She found the children exceptionally warm, welcoming and interested in her. Anne-Marie’s host mum Maria was really wonderful. She spent a lot of time with Anne-Marie allowing her time to practice the Spanish she was learning and she and her husband were very kind. I couldn’t speak highly enough of them. Cádiz is a wonderful town for teenagers to visit, to learn a language in a safe and interesting environment. Anne-Marie always felt comfortable walking around town and she became adept at taking buses.
I really enjoyed staying in La Rochelle. I think that I learned a lot if French and I really enjoyed that classes. I loved the activities and I think they really enhanced my experience. All of the teachers were lovely. My host was very nice. She had a lovely house and gave us enough independence. The only aspect that I didn’t enjoy was the food, but I never really liked French food anyways and I had to enhance myself in the culture.
As an young adult arriving on my own, this course is ideal. The teachers were efficient and afterwards we were brought to the town for a small guided tour.
I loved my trip because everyone was always very kind and I felt I had any problems I could have easily got help. I found the weeks I was here with more students was the better memories as it was more fun during our free time and during activities with everyone. I found the classes very helpful for both pronunciation and my grammar.
